According to the front page of AORUS’s website, Gigabyte’s high end gaming brand, a combo of extreme proportions will now be sold dubbed the AORUS Extreme Combo. The combo consists of a Z390 AORUS Xtreme Waterforce motherboard paired with an Intel Core i9-9900K. What makes this combo appealing is that Gigabyte has taken the liberty of tweaking the CPU’s BIOS settings to provide a stable 5.1GHz overclock to the processor.
While pricing at this point hasn’t been released, the combo will likely not be cheap… the completely liquid cooled Z390 AORUS Xtreme Waterforce motherboard which features a full coverage waterblock retails for an already high $1000 USD. The Intel Core i9-9900K processor retails for around $510 USD, so we can expect this combo to set you back at least ~$1500.
As not all processors overclock the same, each processor is personally vetted by Gigabyte technicians and hand picked based on its reaction to how well an overclock is applied:

With this offering, GIGABYTE engineers have already pretested the CPUs, pretuned the BIOS, and paired the high-end processors with the Z390 AORUS XTREME WATERFORCE Motherboard so that when utilizing the motherboard’s excellent efficiency, thermals, stability, and aesthetics, users will be able to easily enjoy high-efficiency overclocking with all cores at 5.1GHz or higher, and experience the superb quality of motherboards.”

At this point in time, the webpage appears to be under construction so we’re not getting a whole lot of information regarding the combo other then motherboard specs which we already know.
