Today NVIDIA has released the new GeForce 399.24 WHQL Game Ready drivers packed with optimizations for major releases including some VR games. Some of the games listed were Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Destiny 2: Warmind, and Assetto Corsa Competizone, to name a few.
Game Ready Drivers provide the best possible gaming experience for all major new releases, including Virtual Reality games. Prior to a new title launching, our driver team is working up until the last minute to ensure every performance tweak and bug fix is included for the best gameplay on day-1.
Also added to the list of bug fixes was the remedy for a large performance drop when using NVIDIA cards when paired with a high core CPU with more than 32 cores such as the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX.
