AMD Ryzen 3000 Series Prices Revealed Yet Again

AMD Ryzen 3000 series Zen 2 Processor Price

We’ve known for a while now that the AMD Ryzen 3000 series desktop processors, or Zen 2 CPUs are right around the corner, however thanks to a leaked pricing document from Bizgram, pricing details have been leaked for the AMD Ryzen 3000 series desktop processors. If you live in the US you’ll notice at first glance that the prices don’t seem quite right. As the document contains pricing for Singapore dollars, once converted to USD, things make a lot more sense.

The 3rd Generation AMD Ryzen processors will be released later this year during CES 2019 which will directly replace the current 2nd gen Ryzen processors currently out today. The leak is nothing new as pricing details and specs for the 3rd gen CPUs have already been leaked into the wild.

Below is the latest in pricing information for 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen processors. Prices have been converted to USD for convenience.

Processor Price (USD)
Ryzen 3 3300 $111.54
Ryzen 3 3300X $144.79
Ryzen 3 3300G $144.79
Ryzen 5 3600 $223.83
Ryzen 5 3600X $257.81
Ryzen 5 3600G $223.83
Ryzen 7 3700 $336.11
Ryzen 7 3700X $370.09
Ryzen 9 3800X $505.27
Ryzen 9 3850X $561.41

As you can see, the prices listed in the Bizgram document reflect a bit higher than what we previously reported. Typically, sales tax is automatically included in Singapore pricing so we’ll see another drop of 7% which matches the processor pricing almost exactly to the previous leak. As this new data confirms the previous leaked pricing information, we can probably assume that the pricing information is accurate.

Overall, pricing is quite reasonable especially for the new Ryzen 3 and 5 processors. Of course, this is all dependent on performance and how it competes versus Intel’s current lineup at the time.
