MSI has just launched a brand new laptop geared towards creators and gamers. The new MSI P65 Creator laptop, recently launched at IFA 2018, is geared towards those who need portability as well as some serious desktop-like power. Designers, programmers, digital artists, photographers, and even gamers can take advantage of the high end power of the new MSI P65 Creator. Besides the high end hardware powering the laptop, the Creator also comes backed with a plethora of features such as Thunderbolt 3, USB Type-C 3.1, a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint sensor to name a few.
The MSI P65 creator will be launched in two different models, the White Limited Edition and the Silver Edition. The White Limited edition is a higher end version which is equipped with a GTX 1070 and Thunderbolt 3. The Silver Edition uses the GTX 1060 and uses USB Type-C 3.1 rather than Thunderbolt. Both versions are finished differently. Both are constructed in an aluminum shell and feature gold accents. Both are the same dimensions and are overall quite thin (0.7in/17.9mm) and come in the 15.6in form factor. As MSI has been in the gaming laptop business for a while now, keeping all the hardware cool is a high priority. MSI has equipped the P65 Creator with its Cooler Boost Trinity technology to keep temperatures down during heavy loads. Typically, users should see ~8 hours of battery life.
