SilentiumPC has just released it’s latest mid-tower ATX case the Gladius GD8 TG ARGB Pure Black which at a glance features RGB lighting and tempered glass side panels. The RGB lighting runs down from the top of the front of the case down the the bottom in two parallel strips.
The RGB LEDs are addressable and are interfaced with a common 3-pin RGB header. Light effects can be controlled by common motherboard RGB control software such as ASUS AURA Sync, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion. If you choose not to let your motherboard control the LEDs, SilentiumPC also includes an RGB LED controller to manage the lighting effects.
Cooling is provided by three Sigma Pro 120 fans, two at the front providing cool air for the intake and a single fan at the back of the case for exhausting hot air. There are two additional 120mm fan mounts located at the top of the case which can be used for mounting a 240mm radiator for liquid cooling, or just a couple more exhaust fans if needed.
Inside the case, the layout is pretty standard. Motherboard support includes ATX, Micro-ATX, or MITX. The case has options to store two 2.5 inch SSDs and two 3.5 inch HDDs. At this point, no information has been released in regards to pricing. More information can be found on SilentiumPC’s product page.
