There are things they should take from DA:I, specifically the scale and race choices. They did say ME4 will be larger scale but they’ve said nothing about whether or not it will have race choices. I’d also prefer to have micromanaging aspects like what DA:I has.
Otherwise, take inspiration from the rest of the ME games. Gameplay mechanics should be more like ME3, however the leveling system from ME1 should return as should ME1’s inventory. I want it to be more of an RPG and less of a shooter, like ME1.
