I agree with the above, though giving a reward encourages people to be helpful etc.
Maybe once GND is making some real $$, one rep could be worth a quarter? (Hehe, i'm speaking American!) Cos then Jester wouldn't have $180 in tokens, or even $90?!
And if we sell stuff, you can give extras?
