While you are trying to get things up and running here, and before you can actually do some real testing and reports on tests you have done, you can do meta analysis of existing tech reports that would be unique to this forum.
If you don't know, meta analysis involves reviewing others work and posting a composite of their findings. For example, if you can find a series of reviews for cases, but each review only has a couple of cases, you can put the findings of the studies together to make one big review of cases.
Or you can pull specs of different items from the manufacturer and post side by side.
The only investment in that would be time. But, once done, and posted, there would be information on the site that would draw people to read it.
