I was pretty lazy last time I bought a PC and just picked up one of these for under $500. Here's the specs:

AMD Athlon II X2 Processor
Radeon HD 4250 Graphics

whoops, that wasen't even my rig. I copied and pasted it from the wrong page. It's siilar, except I got like 4 GB of ram and an X4 quad core prosessor.

I'm not sure if Newegg ships to Canada, but I can build a PC on Newegg with an i5 Quad Core, GTX 550 and 4GB of RAM for $556 bucks.

Plus that setup you posted is horrible for $700, should be $400 max.
