With the new vBulletin software, the rep system is actually included, and not an addon. This will make it work much better. But it appears some of you haven't figured out how to give rep. All you have to do is click the little star button under the avatar next to the report button. This willl create a little slide out popup that you can enter a message in. Only administrators have the option to give negative reps.
You should be able to view rep by going to your UCP. Only received rep will be here.

Likely we won't be giving out any. Just keep everything inside TOS and you all should be good. Luckily we haven't had any real problems here yet.
