What is the Loudest Component in Your PC?

When Im not in game, my PC is very quiet. I have all case fans off apart from the bottom exhaust and the front 120mm. When Im in game, 2 more fans turn on and i put my GTX 275 on 65% speed. Thats the loudest part then by a mile.
