Need some help.

Okay, I might be doing a semi-major upgrade soon. And there's one thing Im worried about. My Hard Drive.
What can I do to prevent it from getting fucked up in the transfer from the old mobo to the new mobo? And what are the chances it will get screwed up?
Anymore good info would be appreciated! 😀
