So this is the story all about how my....
Basically, I'm not allowed to get my planned ASUS VG236H. Cos it's 3D and expensive (blame the old people I live with). So I'm looking for a monitor that's £200 at the most and is absolutely awesome.
Should be 1920x1080 and 23 inches or bigger, have DVI and HDMI (and VGA if possible - for my laptop).
Prefer it not be a higher res that 1920x1080 for performance reasons.
Main uses: Gaming and Movies.
Cheers.
Oh, and RAM, I have this planned atm.... Suggestions?

Same question with CPU cooler...

Would the thermaltake frio be better?
Samsung has some good ones:
Samsung Syncmaster P2450H
Samsung Syncmaster P2370
As does BenQ
BenQ G2420HD
And LG
LG Flatron E2360V-PN
Or LIyame
Iiyama ProLite E2407HDS-1
I'm running the non-3D version of that monitor. I'd recommend it.
+1
Guys, just in case you haven't forgot. I'm English. It can't get either of those 2 monitors 🙁
Perhaps this? http://www.scan.co.uk/products/23-dell-p2311h-black-widescreen-led-lcd-monitor-1920x1080-20000001-250-cd-m-5-ms-hdcp
I'd go for this monitor. 24", 1080p, 2 ms response time, has DVI and HDMI.
