Xeqtr is right, the CPU will NOT bottleneck the GPU and 520W is by far enough.

here is a picture that show the energy consumption of some cards (the wattage is for the whole system except the monitor) during a round in 3DMark Vantage

Red = load
Yellow = idle

the testrig had the flowing specs:
