From Amazon:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/G-Skill-2000MHz-PC16000-DDR3-Trident/dp/B002NNJDTQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=computers&qid=1292932369&sr=8-1-spell

---EDIT---

In fact the PC3 20000 versions aren't even released they are the 16000 editions, http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=263

im just guessing from GSkill's old RAM this is going to be more powerful.

Also so google search of the product come up with a website which 'seems' to be selling them http://www.ditaqcomputer.com/product_info.php?currency=GBP&info=p27288_G-Skill-Trident-DIMM-Kit-4GB-PC3-20000U-CL9-11-9-28--DDR3-2500--.html - Im just gathering the price is going to be pretty high.

The kit being referred to in the first post runs at 2500 MHz hence the higher timings. 2N refers to the command rate.
