eXile's NEW Gaming Rig Build

Well Hi there. So finally after 7 years and 2 months I have decided to purchase a hardcore gaming machine once again (yes my one is that old, has a dual core, 4gb ddr2 ram and a nvidia 8800gts which all still work !!!) 😆

So lets get straight to business. Here is a pic of the sexeh case as a little teaser:
Name: The Kraken
Case: Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Limited Edition White
Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Formula Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i7-3930K 3.20GHz (Sandybridge-E) Socket LGA2011
Heatsink: Corsair Hydro H100i High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Replacement Fans for H100i: 2x Gentle Typhoon AP-29 120mm 3000RPM
GPU: 1x EVGA GeForce GTX 680 Classified 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
RAM: Corsair Dominator PLATINUM 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual/Quad Channel Kit with DHX Pro Connector
PSU: Corsair Professional Series AX 860W '80 Plus Platinum' Modular Power Supply
SSD: 1x Samsung 512GB SSD 840 PRO SATA 6Gb/s Basic
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224BB/BEBE 24x DVD±RW (PS3 already has blu-ray so got a cheap drive)

Monitor: Dell UltraSharp U2410 24" Widescreen IPS Monitor 1920x1200
Headset: CoolerMaster Storm Sirus 5.1 surround sound headset
Keyboard: CoolerMaster Storm Trigger RED Cherry MX LED Backlit Mechanical USB Gaming Keyboard
Mouse mat: SteelSeries Surface QcK Mini
Mouse: Already got one (Razer Naga Molten Edition)

It roughens up to £2900 which is okay since I was aiming sub 3k.

Well that is all for now folks, hope I haven't missed anything out, there will be little bits and bobs along the way after it is built like replacing all case fans with better high performance ones and so on but more about that later.

Tell me what you think, and I shall keep you updated with the progress of this build. I am going to start ordering the parts probably this afternoon and shall have them next week I believe.
