[Sticky] Optimal Case Fan Configurations

Some good information here so thanks for posting this! Moving air in and out of the case as fast as possible while keeping the noise level down, is more of an art than anything.

One note worthy item is that it is better to have a positive pressure in the case than a negative/neutral one. This relieves strain on the video card/PSU to have to work as hard for their air.
