The blue ribbon is a nice idea but I think the REP system is better. With a blue ribbons a lot of good help can become unnoticed since they are awared by only mods and admins. With the REP system, anyone can rep to anyone! so it's more personal.
Having a blue ribbon type system with REP would be kinda overkill lol. 😉
